UBS – Talent Management, Content and Visualization

UBS Switzerland called on Zense to explain its talent management process. Our goal? Help employees understand how they can drive their development forward and motivate them to contribute to the success of the company.

We gladly accepted this challenge and developed a detailed storyline and visualization. This way, managers could explain the process to their employees in a structured, appealing and memorable way. Later on, we turned the visualization into an explainer video so that employees could also gain an overview on an independent basis.
