The goal was to translate complex and often sensitive security topics into clear, relatable guidance for customers. We created a brochure, a presentation, and a series of short videos covering key fraud scenarios: getting in contact with strangers online, investment fraud, support scams, fake calls from the police, and TWINT & WhatsApp fakes.

By structuring the content around real-life situations and concrete warning signs, we made risks tangible without creating fear. The result is a coherent set of communication tools that strengthen awareness, build trust, and empower customers to act confidently and safely.
