Uniper was looking for a playful and entertaining way to refresh employees’ knowledge of strategy content — particularly during the busy pre-Christmas period.
Behind each door, new challenges awaited Uniper employees. If all tasks were completed successfully, the Christmas companions - lovingly animated characters - could be collected and combined into one overall picture at the end. This image also served as the invitation card for the main competition.
In addition to the calendar, the web application for mobile and desktop included a "Jumping Santa" mini-game to pass the time.
For five years and counting, we have supported Uniper with different digital advent calendar concepts, developing new playful formats each year to activate and reinforce strategic content.
