UBS Switzerland asked us to make their internal talent management process tangible for the workforce. At the core, the goal was to show employees how they can actively shape their own development - and, in doing so, win them over to contribute to the company's success.
We developed a detailed storyline and an accompanying visualization. This gave managers a tool to communicate the process in a structured, engaging, and memorable way. In a second step, we turned the visualization into an explainer video, so employees could also get an overview on their own.
