The Office Monster Game is a cooperative workshop developed by Zense, built on the book of the same name by Dr. Martin J. Eppler and Andri Hinnen.

The premise: your first day in a job that's completely overrun with monsters from the Anxiety Alien to the Project Zombie. Teams pick their own internal monsters, lay them on the table, and work together to take down the organisational opponents. The game format creates enough distance for the uncomfortable stuff to surface and dysfunctions to become visible without anyone having to point fingers. What teams walk away with is a shared language for patterns that existed long before anyone had a name for them.
