We supported Micarna in visualizing their corporate strategy and communicating it clearly across the entire organization.
The central task was to translate strategic priorities into a coherent overarching story and a strong visual concept – so that the strategy doesn't just sit in a document, but takes effect in everyday work.
To bring the strategy to life, we developed an overarching visual, a series of animated GIFs for presentations, and a strategy notebook. Across these different formats, the result is a consistent and tangible way of communicating the strategy – from leadership meetings to the desks of employees on the ground.
