Approach
In workshops with ifa's leadership and staff, we worked out needs, opportunities, and fields of action. From this emerged a roadmap for a shared digital infrastructure – one that does not dissolve the disciplinary autonomy of the individual departments.
We translated the complexity into a Minimum Viable Product with searchable content, curated entry points, and interactive tools, tailored to different user groups. The implementation grew into an online collection, interactive digital exhibitions, user-centered workshops, and multimedia content – tested and refined iteratively.
For the time after launch, we put structures in place for continuous development: feedback loops, flexible integration of new content and technologies, and sustained care for the platform.
