For the Infrastructure and Sustainability domain (VPIN) at ETH Zurich, we developed a strategy visualization that helps employees grasp the shared direction of the domain and strengthens cohesion across its various units.
The challenge was to present a wide range of strategic themes - from organizational development and digitalization to data-driven decision-making - in a way that is both clear and identity-building. A central robot metaphor brings the technical and the human dimension together, making strategic fields of action, the underlying mindset, and the long-term vision visible at a single glance.
