With Athanor, the Anna Polke Stiftung explores a central body of work in the oeuvre of Sigmar Polke. The goal was to make the project digitally accessible - precise in content, restrained in design, and open to multiple modes of engagement.
In close collaboration, we developed a project website that clearly structures content, context, and events, while leaving space for individual exploration. The platform functions simultaneously as a calendar, archive, and curatorial framework.
A digital format that doesn’t explain, but invites - making complexity visible without reducing it.
