Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to all services and products purchased through www.zense.ch. By sending an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. The contract is concluded when we deliver the goods in execution of the order. Cancellation of the order is possible at any time. The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.

 

 

Offer

 

The prices in our offers and order confirmations are generally binding. Value-added tax is inclu­ded in all prices. Articles that are not immediately available will be delivered later if possible. If an article is not available, we will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone. If the article is no longer available, the customer will get their money back. Zense GmbH always tries to provide correct product information. The images, products and information shown in the Zense.ch online store are not binding and may differ slightly from the actual articles. Therefore, no liability can be assumed in particular for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information. Zense GmbH reserves the right to change prices and product ranges at any time.

 

 

Delivery

 

The goods are shipped by Swiss Post. The goods must be checked immediately upon arri­val for correctness, completeness and integrity. Information on delivery times is not binding. Transport damages are to be reported and documented immediately within 5 calendar days. Zense GmbH endeavors to deliver all ordered items as quickly as possible. The delivery period is normally 4-10 working days. Zense GmbH is entitled to make partial deliver­ies. Subsequent shipments will be delivered postage paid. Zense GmbH is not liable for any items damaged during delivery. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer with the ship­ment of the articles.

 

 

Deliveries to Germany and Austria

 

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address of the order. The price is generated at check­out. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for tracking the delivery and corresponding with the courier when the package arrives in the coun­try and attempts are made to deliver to the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders returned to Switzerland. Please note that international deliveries tend to take longer than domestic deliveries.

 

 

Terms of payment

 

A shipment will only be made after successful verification of the PayPal details. Payments are only possible via PayPal.

In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterward. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

 

 

Terms of ownership

 

The goods remain our property until full payment.

 

 

Return

 

A return is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by sending them to Zense GmbH, Beckenhofstrasse 1, 8006 Zurich. Please contact Zense by e-mail at shop@zense.ch be­fore sending in the goods. The goods must be in original packaging and in perfect condition. A copy of the invoice or delivery bill must be enclosed for returns. We do not cover the postage costs for returns.

 

 

Liability

 

Zense GmbH excludes any liability for the sold and delivered products to the extent permitted by law.

 

 

Final provisions

 

All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. Zense GmbH reserves the right to change the­se general business relations at any time. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
