Welcome to our playground

What is this
sorcery?

As an agency we love ideas.
Would we love to chase them all? Yup.

So why shouldn't we?

Conventional wisdom says you gotta focus on one idea.
Execution beats inspiration.
Only big ideas are worth going after.

But what if A.I. changes the rules of the game?
What if ideas are worth something?

This is our space to find out.
And to have a little fun along the way 🐳

Spaggondos

Spaghetti 3.14

This idea came to us while cooking spaghetti and facing humanity’s oldest dilemma: giant pot that takes forever to boil and never fits the dishwasher, or small pot with spaghetti sticking out like antennas, unevenly cooked and mildly infuriating. And that’s when it hit us: why are spaghetti not round?

Introducing Spaggondos. Or: Spaghetti 3.14. Beautifully circular spaghetti designed to fit perfectly into normal sized pots. Same taste, same joy. Come on, it's a GREAT idea. Just not great enough to spend the next three years in a garage trying to reinvent the pasta industry ourselves. So we’d rather hand it over to Barilla, Migros, or another brave institution … let's see.

The Happy Watch

The only watch that makes you forget about time.

A few years ago, a well known company asked for an anniversary idea that would make as many people as possible happy. But we thought: maybe making people happy is the wrong premise. Studies show that when people are asked how happy they are in life, the answers vary wildly. But when you ask how happy they are right now, most people say: actually, pretty happy. So maybe happiness does not need to be created. Maybe people just need to be reminded of it.

That’s how the Happy Watch idea was born. A beautifully analogue watch that pulses at randomized moments throughout the day, gently pulling people back into the present. Not another screen. Not another dopamine trap. The only watch that makes you forget about time.

The Zen Watch. The Happy Watch. Or maybe even: the Happy Swatch.

Wishy Washy

A digital Washlist

Switzerland has nuclear bunkers and direct democracy. But somehow, every apartment building still has a shared laundry room with analogue schedules from the Stone Age, creating more conflict than the question of what to do with all our Nazi gold.

Wishywashy turns this uniquely Swiss cultural phenomenon into a digital platform that organizes communal washing machine schedules with elegance, transparency, and passive aggressive harmony prevention. A pilot version already exists. The basement revolution has already begun.

The Vitra. Parcours.

A collab between two iconic Swiss brands

Imagine playful collaboration between Vitra, the legendary Swiss furniture and design company, and the Swiss Vita Parcours, a beloved network of outdoor fitness trails hidden in forests all across the country. What if the classic Vita Parcours was reimagined through the lens of contemporary design? From a Vitra.Parcours on the Vitra Campus to office versions or even a nationwide April Fool’s campaign, the project blends movement, humour, public space, and design culture into one beautifully obvious idea. We think: it’s a no brainer :) An idea by our friend Vincent.

Zero Coke

A coke mineral water brand

The other day, a friend of ours filled an empty Coke Zero bottle with water and called it “Zero Coke.” And that’s when it struck us: why don’t they just do it? At least as an April Fools’ joke. Okay, maybe only as an April Fools’ joke. Make a limited edition, hand them out during a promo stunt, and watch HQ go maaaad. Why not?

Another idea by Vincenco.

Where is Waldo Swiss Style

A capitalist WIMMELBILD book

Ali Mitgutsch gave generations of kids a city teeming with little bakers and firefighters; this book asks the obvious follow-up - what if we did the same thing for the Swiss economy, with radical fairness in page real estate. Swiss International Airlines and a three-person carpentry shop in Appenzell get identical double spreads, which is either economic democracy or the most beautifully Swiss compromise ever attempted. Readers get to hunt for the burnt-out middle manager, the abandoned ping-pong table, and the strategy deck no one has opened since 2019. A time capsule for future archaeologists, who will rightly conclude that the early 21st century was mostly meetings, fruit baskets, and lukewarm coffee.

Karma

Our very own development hell

Years ago, we had THIS idea: what if there was an invisible Karma bar floating above our heads, controlled by a secret, dystopian, and stupidly bureaucratic organization, nudging human development. Ever since, we've been working on it. We even got funding to write a script, we pivoted, we lost interest, gained interest, now even one of the Spiderman directors knows about the project (he loved it at first, now he's not replying to our emails anymore haha). We are on it. Still. Somehow.

IAhh v3537

The world's first Artificial Stupidity

From the yet unreleased press release:

After two world wars, nuclear disasters, and global warming, humanity is now facing its greatest achievement yet: Artificial Stupidity.

A brilliantly dumb program unable to answer even the simplest questions. AND it gives spectacularly idiotic advice.

"Our goal was to use machine learning to create a robotic being that would help move humanity forward every day. To a future thats even dumber than the present." says Yves Erne, CTO of IAhh, or MegaGod, as IAhh insists on calling him for reasons unknown (although it usually spells MegaGod wrong).

IAhh is now available to beta testers. Use at your own risk.

Status: launching soon.

Our model

The Intrapreneur

We hand it / sell it to someone with more focus and resources, and cheer them on!

The Incubator

We roll up our sleeves, build a team, and create it ourselves.

The Informer

We release it into the wild. If it shows up on Amazon one day, we’ll buy it. And of course we tell everyone proudly that it was our idea!

The Ideator

We turn it into a showcase of our ideation skills, which we then use to help others uncover their own big magic.

Our method

For us, finding ideas feels more like magic than method. It means sensing something before you can name it, sitting with the unfinished, and occasionally letting an idea simply walk back out the door – because it was never meant to stay.

Sure, there are funnels, canvases, cockpits, and design-thinking sprints. But the work we trust most happens somewhere beneath all of that – in the wandering, and in the quiet hours when nothing seems to be happening.

Two voices we keep returning to: Elizabeth Gilbert, bestselling author of Big Magic, writes about ideas as restless little creatures that stop by briefly to see if you're open to them – and if you're not, they move on, unfazed, to someone who is. And Saras Sarasvathy, the entrepreneurship researcher who discovered that experienced founders don't start with grand visions. They start with a real problem in the present – with what they have, and who is there.

Together, they invite us to stay open to whatever is new, while making full use of what already exists.

Ideas of every kind are constantly galloping towards us, constantly passing us, constantly trying to get our attention. Let them know you’re available.
